Last week, my first week I missed the air drop because I messed up on the time. 
I was so dumb, I thought it ended at 5:30am my time.
But just to be sure, and prevent others from making the same mistake, UTC 9:30 is in the PM?
Because here in the US 9:30 without the AM or PM would be looked as 9:30am, which equals 5:30am my time.

Yes, it would be nice if dev could write am or pm in OP. This can quickly be done and nobody will be confused therefore.
I'll just throw in my two cents on this. It really shouldn't be that big of a deal - am or pm. If you're active on the forum, I would suspect 10 posts in a 7 day time frame would be pretty simple, especially with the amount people are being compensated for doing it.
