I would suggest you to put them on the exchanger for quick opening of trades. That would be the best thing to do, as you will save your coins online under same exchanger and then you can send them anywahere right from the exchanger itself. You don't have to worry about it at all I guess.

If you want to go for better option than that then just exchange these coin with single trusted coin like bitcoin and ethereum. Then you can send the converted bitcoin or ethereum to your respected wallet. That's easy too. Only the thing is you will have to struggle when you have to trade them quickly in the market. That's why I keep altcoins on exchanger only.
