This was not released today, this has been around for a few months already, the fact that it was posted here today was just because there was a delay with the work/coinmarketcap acceptance. Its already mined. It was released for the sole purpose of helping with transactions in countries where its hard to do so, this does not mean its a scam, it just means the coins are already out there and whoever buys is investing.
