The rumors is September, but honestly, I seriously dont know when as there is no time table told. But it will really push the price of the MNE to around 15-20$ that time.
What I just dont know if why people are willing to lock up their funds for 60 years. The only thing I can think of is they are investing on the growth and development of the project, since if there is, the price will go up and appreciate, having a lesser time of breakeven period in their investment, and getting like interest for the remaining time of 60 years since the breakeven period.
