yes , if can connected with mobile phone then i think Bitcoin market will growing very fast because now most of people using mobile phone to connect internet .
Yes that would be a great advertisement for BTC world, it would became even more popular since everybody uses smartphones. Good one. 
Considering the first update to the Bitcoin core came very recently after such a long time of debate and questions, I can't see Bitcoin core integrating mobile phone numbers to their system. You're asking for a gateway to pay using your mobile phone number which will have its own set of security vulnerabilities.
But you can expect external wallet softwares like blockchain (you can connect your phone number to your wallet already) which might be able to implement this system but even that will take a long time.
