Hi dev. I know Onion and register to participate in the third round. So that means that although I do not miss any round to 40 rounds, I will not be counted as a founding member?
I am working on getting clarification on this. Once I have an answer we will make an official post on the DeepOnion forums explaining the qualifications for becoming a Founding Member.
