Can we ask the lawyers for an update please?

Doesn't look like any way of avoiding classification as a security at some point. If not now, then in the future it seems clear that mass will be caught by the Howey test which is apparently a key test.

I think a date to call refunds for all, exclusion & refund of U.S. Citizens only or ico and launch would be good at this stage. September starts next week.

Shame to see ether sitting there doing nothing. (apart from increase in value)
