XRP is the best investment you can make.

I have been discussing XRP for a long time now, and had the same arguments over and over again. I understand the people who don't like XRP because working with banks goes against the crypto ethos, but apart from that I've yet to see a single sensible argument as to why XRP won't succeed.

Anyone who thinks XRP will not absolutely transform international finance - just research it more. Understand what Ripple are aiming for, and look at how they are going about it. The talent, ambition and professionalism of Ripple is unrivalled in crypto.

This is a long-term hold, and absolutely the best long-term hold.

I agree with most of what you said. I'm not convinced it's the best investment one can make, but it's definitely a long-term play. The fact that they have Ben fucking Bernanke as a speaker at their luau speaks volumes about the pull they have in the establishment, and the long-term potential for the coin. That's why I'm holding, and likely increasing my position now that the pullback is happening.

XRP and Ripple are not for those who are in for constant appreciation in the foreseeable future (years) due to Ripple's massive XRP holdings, or looking to change the status quo in the global banking system. It's for those who want to see SWIFT being deposed (I'm all for it, see what they've done in recent years), and possibly as an upcoming reserve currency. Latter is a huge if, and I'm not sure if Ripple and bankers even want that. If the Fed is one of the XRP holders and buyers, I'd wager there is a real chance of XRP becoming a new global reserve currency, though...
