Trying to withdraw BTC still at processing for over 2 hours confirmed the withdrawal request via email.
Never taken this long before.
Mine gone over night and nothing...
Sent email response in chinese... finally response in English, "its a blockchain congesgition, please wait for moment, it will be confirmed sooner."
yeah right 11hours waiting...well it is a moment just pretty long moment.
You can send your assets in but cant get them out...
