Thanks for the Google-Docs update!

I think there will by users (like me) who did not pay for all of the devices they wanted to have as they
did not have enough BTC immediately. If those users make an additional payment (when do you plan to
close this group order and so not accept any further payments?), there should be some additional payment values.
What do you think about this idea:

V0     - please ship with my previous order (0 BTC)
VxUy - please upgrade my shipping option from Vx to Vy (price = Vy-Vx)

V1U2 would mean German shipping 500€ insurance upgraded to 2500€. Price: 0.031BTC (=0.1-0.069)
