Well not only you pay $12, but 36 Hours later you still don't have your money since they don't apply the real fee.

The withdrawal fee in Liqui is 0.0015BTC and in your transaction the fees are 0.001675BTC (a little higher than the liqui fee)

But in this case the size is a bit high because there are 4 input addresses which increased the size and that's why it's still unconfirmed.
