I wouldn't say that there is just one exchange to use for trading. Everybody's going to have their favorite but at the same time there's going to be a coin that they need to deal with that's not on that exchange which means they have to use a different Exchange. I take most people use the big three, and then add a couple of smaller exchanges in there that are going to have coins that aren't going to be found anywhere else.
