PayPal is a global entity and as per our understanding they adhere to most countries legal framework for example in India paying and receiving payments though PayPal Is currently possible and entirely legal from business to user, vice versa or even user to user.

Much like PayPal, we will also have a strict AML and KYC regulations (as indicated in our whitepaper) and users of the Genotik Exchanges will have to be verified with the same email as they have on PayPal however.
