Hello! I submitted my order ID and wallet address, and received the confirmation the tokens have been sent, but I still have 0 TNT on My Ether Wallet.

I went on Etherscan.io with the TxID given in the confirmation, but it says 'unable to locate the transaction entry'.

Is it possible to look into this from your end?
