Why would you need someone with Hero or Legendary status to start a thread, which you easily can? As forum accounts are bought and sold, no one these days care much about rank, but is concerned about the topic and it's quality and genuineness.
There are services that offer the promotion of new currencies as a service. This is nothing new. OP isn't doing anything wrong for asking IMO but perhaps he didn't look into it enough prior to posting.
