Maybe i am missing something....... perhaps you can educate me......

as i see is..... (please correct me if i am wrong.....)
for the month we are 9 blocks behind normal/expected......
luck is currently at 81%
that is on track with being 20% behind where we are expected to be.... or should be.....
yes.... we just got 4 payouts....... but that is from the last 4 blocks.....
we did not get that payout because of solving the current block..... we just had to wait to solve the current block to get those 4 payouts.....
this is really nothing to cheer about..... in fact we are way behind where we should be.....
despite the drop in difficulty..... we are still not solving blocks at the rate we should be.....
what are we cheering about??? we are behind for the month.....


am i missing something? what is going on here?
