Actually they do communicate here in on forum and post updates and sometimes answer questions. So you're not right about "normally" and it's not normal for most investors.
Not to mention very good communication during the crowdfund period (similar to many other projects)  Cheesy

So when was the last time they answered questions here? I still suggest you ask questions in their Slack channel if necessary.
You are absolutely right, we are just wasting our time asking here because most likely we will not gonna get a direct
and accurate answer. Better reach them in their slack channel so you will get a timely answer.
