Hello cM43, thanks for your question.

With the help of our smart contract, you will receive MTH tokens almost immediately once you send your ETH. We plan to be in exchanges after 2-4 weeks once the ICO ends.

We recommend you to read our whitepaper and the blog about our DTRS (https://medium.com/@monetha/people-ask-me-what-is-your-main-strength-cf72c6fd2754).

Other than the difference between our DTRS, we can name a few small differences: CoinPayments don't have their own token, and token holders won't receive many benefits that MTH token can provide.
