Thank y'all. I want to concretize what I'm looking for.
At btc-e it was fast (every 5 mins it was new bet and 15 mins are needed for waiting bet ended) and count of bets was often about 10-100. Fast bets are really important for me.

I'm not aware of any trusted bitcoin option trading/exchange sites, perhaps in future there will be many. if you like to explore, try btclevels and coinut.
