Why You are can not explain that every 10 mining skill level add 0.1% chance extract uncommon mineral?
Every 10 aiming skill add 0.01% to do double damage?
Hacking... + to docked mauler for what? For compile some crap?
Tracking... "description is correct", so mauler used to track asteroids
