How do I recover my LBRY wallet from the seed given at the start of wallet creation?

it gives a seed? Cheesy  haha as far as i know your backup the wallet the same as BTC's electrum wallet, as lbrycrd is a fork of BTC and the app is an electron one Smiley
they have instructions at https://lbry.io/faq/how-to-backup-wallet, but its basically ya just like any other coin, save your wallet file!
i believe LBRY is a bit more complicated with claims, but the wallet file holds the coins keys, so its #1

Yes, it has a seed: https://www.reddit.com/r/lbry/comments/688erz/encryption_password_protected_or_seed_wallet/

Does anyone know how to recover your wallet from the seed?

oh hey your right! ;p  I looked at that reddit link and all i did was follow what it said.  i looked at the default_Wallet file, and sure enough it can be read as a text file. Opening the file with a text editor reveals your pubkeys, send/receive addresses and your 13 word seed is in there too Smiley how to recover it? put the backed-up seed in the new wallets place i assume
Thx for that comment, as now i know as well haha
