No point to pay to Cryptopia at this stage. Fix the issue with EtherDelta and let it absorb all the dumpage from impatient plebs. After about a month or so on EtherDelta, you can consider paying to Cryptopia. Their fee just recently went down from 2mil to 400k and now back to 1mil, so you can monitor that as well and if the fee drops again below 500k, I guess it makes it worth it.
