how long can blockchain deny a cusotmer form making a transfer.  been days. 

what is this garbage, direct help tickets at blockchain are worthless, no replies or only very slowly.

cant send bitcoins?  any ideas?  can accept coins to wallet no problem ,  nothing pending, nothing unconfirmed  and there are bitcoins to send in the wallet

every address I send to every amount gets this error
