Ocminer, I've tried to contact suprnova via Twitter, email to admin@suprnova.cc, filling up the webform of the website and ultimately a pm to your bitcointalk.org account. NO reply at all. I'd appreciate a response since I am missing 0.04 BTC from my payouts.
I don't see any PM's regarding this issue, however, the pool is paying in ZEC, not BTC. If you've rented hash @ nicehash and paid a certain amount and got less than expected, that might be due to an unlucky round. Try the same on a different pool over a few rounds and you'll see the results are the same.

Maybe there was a difficulty retarget after or while the block was found.
