 There is a pre-ICO sale of 10.000 ViC, about 80% still available. 8.000 ViC have been put through the Waves DEX, 5.000 for 0.02 WAV/ViC and 3.000 for 0.025 ViC. The remaining 2.000 will be for sale through e-bay, the first 1.000 will go for £0.09/ViC, and  I have some special sale in mind for the remaining 1.000 ViC.  As for an official ICO, we will have our first one after the give-away campaign has finished and we have gathered 15.000 registered users. It's a new, and quite controversial concept, so it's hard to predict an actual date of the ICO.
