We can determine whether  we are addicted in one gambling if we cant control our self to spend our time to do that things.

Human has a freewill to do what we want to do in our life, but  we have a control on what we want to do in our everyday life, sometimes even we want to stop doing something but we cant do it because we always doing that things and we looking for that things always.
