So I've been involved in Bitcoin and crypto for about 5 months now and just about everyone I tell about it being friends and family most have never heard of it or the few that have they have no understanding of it so I was just curious into how others explain it all to total newcomers is their a webpage or video you may show for an easy understanding to explain it all ? Whenever I give my explanation it seems to go way over their head

CheersJust explain to them that it is digital money and they are like gold that is also mined but through computer not mined physically. It has been existing for almost a decade and you can use it to purchase online as long as the seller accepts bitcoin. To be able to explain properly, show them your wallet and how you transact with it. If there is a store in your place that accepts bitcoin, you can go that place and maybe buy something using bitcoin for them to know that it is possible to use it to buy in physical stores.
