There is no need for 28pt threats like this. They will be in exchanges when everything is ok. Better late than never.
Minexcoin is trying to do this as an unorthodox way. We don't want to face problems after the coin hit exchanges. They have to make sure everything is %100 secure and working.
I am challenging you that coin should be in the exchange when everything is 100% secure and working. Even bitcoin has some problem. Ether has scaling and syncing problems but still they are in the market. Every coin has some problem but dev deliberately don't want to list this in exchange. This is no excuse. This delay bring the long term value of this coin too low to be succeed.
