Week passed. I still have that loss in my account. Support didn't answered. Did anybody created support tickets last weeks? How long did it take to resolve issue?
That's disappointing. I've seen a lot of recent complaints about missing withdrawals and support taking forever to respond. They put up a blog about the recent support delays, playing the "we are victims of our own success" card.
