From my understanding there is a progressive scaling implemented but not ready for such a sudden hype.
Also, I am willing to wait a bit longer or pay a slightly higher fee to keep my transactions 200% private.
I don't think this guy actually has any Monero, he just kindly pops by to remind us that Dash exists every now and then with a little friendly trolling
