You probably didn't because you were probably doing something in chat that wasn't allowed and got a warning.
I've seen a lot of people in chat get the top payout from rainbot, you probably just notice it more when a mod gets top payout.
I dont really care about the rain bot but I can confirm that Luptin is very harsh in chat.
Thats the reason why I dont use the chat when I see him around :/
