The "Satoshi Dice" issue has already been addressed, we are not trying to hide anything. Scroll back in the thread to see our post regarding this. It was even stated in this thread by some users they wanted their payouts to go to "SD". This thread is going in circles and everything could be argued to infinite.
Last I checked bitcoin is still a VIRTUAL-currency am I right? How do you get in legal trouble trading things that aren't even real money?
There is very serious legal trouble, which is why we have some of the best lawyers. We have to comply with government regulations, AML laws, etc.
