Just to be pedantic, Signatum didn't have a premine but it did have a stupidly fast blocktime for blocks 1-1000 (i.e. 25 minutes to do the first 1000 blocks) so it is likely the developer of Signatum, already having the miners setup to go the second he launched the ANN did in fact get a hefty chunk of coins in the first 25 minutes where 2.5M was generated.

At least this coin's honest about the premine, I guess
