I cannot give any minimum pc requirements of the Ethix OS currently as it is not currently fully complete, although, it is based off Debian, so the following can be assumed.
Minimum RAM: 256MB.
Recommended RAM: 512MB.
Hard Drive space: 10 GB.
Minimum 1GHz Pentium processor
I would suspect that with the added services and Ethereum blockchain being constantly updated in the background, requirements will be higher, but any modern PC should be able to handle it. Regardless, if the PC requirements are low, Integrated Ethereum Services will pick up the slack
