1. Divide the portfolio into half
2. Put half in index fund , and half under active management
2a. Passive investment: I chose Cryptomover (cryptomover.com) because of its low management fee (1 bps per day), to prevent the managers stealing my nice return
2b. Active investment: Observe the price movements of the top 20 coins. Buy when they reach their 2 weeks low and wait for the bounce back. For me, I also study the ICO coins to anticipate a 10x, 20x return
