I have send a deposit to my wirexapp.com account after i have send them an email that it's unlogic to pay again around 3$ to load my card and this is a scam they blocked my account.
I am unable to recover it since no e-mail arrives so i have no screenshot to add excepting the TXID of the deposit!
I would suggest following the format of a scam accusation
here, attaching valid proof as well.
Can you tell me what exactly happened to your account? Didi it get suspended just for asking why you were charged such high fees or did you do something else that may have made the customer support make this decision?
Wirex is known to have notoriously high fees and i wouldn't use them.
Complain on their thread on the forum, their bitcointalk account seems fairly active:
