Lisk uses sidechains for any Lisk DAPPS and that way Lisk network is NOT put into heavy load and it's 1000% stable.Any exploit/bug that happens on any Lisk altcoin/DAPP, Lisk doesn't suffer.Remember ETH hardfork/rollback? DAO fiasco? Roll Eyes

Also, LISK uses Javascript for programming the DAPPS, which is used worldwide. Smiley ETH uses Solidity as a programming language, which is of course very young, untested and doesn't have a big pool of developers who use it.
