To me it sounds like you're clicking on the miner exe file, when you're supposed to click on the bat file.
If I'm wrong, then add "pause" to the end of your bat file to assess the command lines.
no i double click the .bat file so i will add the word pause at the end on a line by itself on the bat file and see what happens
