I think we are still looking at low price compared to the long term potential of Bitcoin. I mean what 2-3% of the population are aware of Bitcoin and maybe even less own it? Once we hit 10% I think we are going to be off to the races!
I think your estimates are on the high side. Most recents estimates on the total number of people who own any bitcoin at all is something less than 1/50th of a % of the population.

That many may have heard the term 'bitcoin', but I'd guess it's more like 1/100 or less who actually have an awareness of what it is in reality.
