Bittrex changed the strategy of adding tokens. SEC rules https://www.sec.gov/litigation/investreport/34-81207.pdf
So now they should want some payment for lawyer costs.
Bittrex didnt list any coin until August 1.

This ICO will meet the requirements to be added to Bittrex. They require more to HOST the ico.
