I'll speak on my experience with Golem.

I've had a small amount of my portfolio dedicated to Golem for roughly four months, and I have lost money. I am still holding because Golem seems to be one of the few projects that does not care much for marketing, which to me is a plus. Their dev team is constantly working towards Golem Brass, and last I checked (~10 days ago) their project was at 83% completion.

Seeing a project like this not really care much for marketing, and channeling all of their resources towards development of a project is what is important to me as an investor.
