Is this a scam or payments are just all stuck?

I mined for over 6h in these two pools and received no payment whatsoever.

Can't seem to find the minimum ammount for payment anywhere, but surely SYE it isn't paying every 30 min as it is described in the post. Both pools listed me correctly when mining.
