Hi,

Since then, I had raised a ticked and also reported it to the police here in the UK. The ActionFraud Police (National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Centre) have been trying to contact poloniex but they have not been responding. Poloniex have since stopped responding to me as well from the time I asked them for contact details for the police to contact them. I had lost coins in access of $17000 which is a lot of money to me.
 
All, can you please suggest what is the best course of action now, Poloniex is not responding.
