Well, you're speaking from a position where you don't know what you're talking about.  The last proposition for 25,000 was not only turned down by me but by all the other holders as well.  I was the first to turn it down and to be helpful I tracked the other owners down to see if they wanted to sell.  They all thought it wasn't worth selling and also turned it down.  So collectively the price has increased just by all the refusals.  Take it for what you want but that's what is happening here.
