I'd say hold on, watch for Q3 buybacks on their tokens for burning. Ideally, the price is really low to burn back even more tokens than if they were high, so this isn't a bad thing. We have to wait for the BLX and CCP DAA's before we can really have fun and we all need to wait for id confirmation in step 2. The only place that I can send ICN to is Binance if I were to sell it now at a loss. I'm going to wait for Q3 for now and be patient.
