When is the close date for the ICO?

From the wcex.co website:
Oct 1, 2017: ICO begins. During the ICO (Initial Coin Offering), youll be able to buy WCX Tokens with BTC or ETH. This is the only time WCX tokens will be issued and sold by WCX.
Oct 10, 2017: Launch. WCX opens its doors to the public.
As far as I understand, the ICO closing date should be just before the launch date, so Oct 9, 2017 at 23:59:59 (Hong Kong time).
Anyone agrees?
