I think there we will quickly gather the necessary number of votes. Everyone can vote once a day.
I also think the c-cex isn't a brilliant idea. Their voting system isn't fair. If your coin loses, you won't get your BTC back.
It's much easier to collect donations and pay directly.
Make separate BTC wallet for donations.
