Bill Gates stated that the Bitcoin is the future and that it is better than currency. Would you assume that his statement (as one of the many reasons) added value on Bitcoin which made it stronger and more stable in the system? 
I guess bitcoin now all over the world are really popular, because our Bank central of the Philippines are approved 2 exchange were bitcoin accepted. This is shows only that bitcoin so far here is spreading out nationwide, 
So for what Bill gates said was really true that bitcoin is the future currency.
