As of now I've only been promised a refund, but I haven't gotten anything yet, no account no BTC. He said he won't be home from work until late Sunday, but if that's true I don't see how he can still move accounts around without sending money.

I recommend nobody tries to buy things from him until he refunds my money. This seems very fishy. If he refunds me or actually sends me an account I'll take everything back, but at the time being it seems like I've been scammed.
