why should this be a gamble? this project is running good and is not a scamtoken. if he cashes out later at 2-3$ he will earn big, when it hits the exchanges later on.

Yeah and if he cashes out at 0,1$ not so much. Noone knows what the price will be in the future, thats why i think its a large gamble to invest 1.2M$ in an yet unproven concept.
maybe, he/she not think about how much price of REAL token in the future, but he/she made investment for better future.
by december, he/she will get profit (10% or more) for little time. and, he/she can buy real estate using REAL token.

I do not believe this transaction went thru, looking over the block chain the transaction occurred multiple time with a problem occurring.
